Member* - Member of IEEE

IEEE member needs to send a copy of their membership card to secretariat during registration.

All attendees must register. Abstract submission or acceptance for prensentation is not a substitute for registration
Authors/Paper Presenters will be required to pay registration fee by 30 September 2011, in order for their papers to be published in the conference proceedings and scheduled for oral presentation.

Regular registration fee includes:

Admission to all scientific sessions: November 7-9, 2011.
Conference kit (One NVMTS 2011 Scientific program abstract book and one CD).
Coffee breaks and lunches: November 7-9, 2011 (dinner on your own expenses).
Conference banquet: One ticket, November 7th, 2011, Monday evening.
Evening River cruise to Bund and Huangpu River: November 7th after banquet.

Confirmation of the Registration

Upon the receipt of the ONLINE Registration Form, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please bring a copy of the confirmation letter with you when you check in at the conference registration desk.

Please note

NO credit card payments will be accepted at the conference site, only payments in cash of Chinese currency can be accepted at the conference registration check-in desk.

For student registration, please submit a copy of your student identification card and a short confirmation letter of your supervising professor with your completed registration form by fax.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the NVMTS 2011 Office. The registration fee can be refunded if the cancellation request is received before Oct 10th, and US$70 will be deducted from the refund.

The NVMTS 2011 registration desk is located on the 3rd floor of building No.5 of Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, just next to the SIMIT Conference Auditorium.
