Participants requiring an entry visa to China are strongly advised to make their application in their home country as early as possible before the intended travel date. Participants are encouraged to apply for travelling visa. Participants who want to apply a visiting visa, please complete the form of Application for Visa Form and email both this form and the first page (main page) of your passport to NVMTS Office (Email: visa_appli@mail.sim.ac.cn ) before 31, August, 2011. We will mail the official invitation letter back to you for an entry visa at the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
